Paddle the Lower and Upper Ausable Lakes, following the Upper Ausable Lake into Marcy Swamp and all the way to Mud Pond Landing before taking a short hike across a section of the Marcy Swamp to the Stillwater. From there, explore this incredible and remote corner of the High Peaks Wilderness before returning by the same route
